All residents are issued a parking sticker, which must be clearly displayed on the inside of the vehicle’s windshield at all times while parked on the property. Visitors must display a green parking hanger on their rearview mirror while on the premises. This helps easily identify guest vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no assigned or reserved parking spaces for residents. Failure to comply with these policies may result in warnings, fines, or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
